This site is independently operated and has no affiliation with the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office, the detention center, any court, the Alabama Department of Corrections, or any other agency. It hosts no jail rosters, booking photographs, mugshot galleries, arrest records, or court files. It points to the offices and locators that hold them, such as the sheriff's public roster and the state corrections inmate search. To confirm custody or obtain a record, request it from the office that created it.
An arrest entry or booking photo records an accusation, nothing more. Guilt is decided only by a court, and every person booked in Cherokee County is presumed innocent until that happens.
